At Association for Protection of Civil Rights, we are dedicated to promoting and protecting the human rights of all individuals, especially those who are marginalized and vulnerable. We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right and offer free legal aid services to those who cannot afford legal representation.
Our legal aid services are focused on providing assistance to marginalized groups and people, including but not limited to:
Legal Advice: Our team of experienced attorneys can provide you with legal advice on various matters, connected to civil and human rights of minorities and marginalized groups and more.
Document Preparation: We can assist you in preparing legal documents, such as legal notices, representations, complaints etc.
Representation: We can represent you in lower court to Supreme Court or administrative hearings in India.
