Police Reforms

Identity-based attacks have increased dramatically in recent decades, threatening national peace and harmony. Identity-based violence instils constant fear in the minds of those affected, causing them to become more segregated and ghettoized. This infringes on their right to life and liberty.

Judicial Reforms

It has been a long time demand to transform justice systems by implementing procedural reforms, integrating technology and liasoning adequate human resource to improve efficiency, accountability and independence, especially to meet the requirements of marginalised segments of society. In the coming wave of reform, justice systems need to become more citizen-centric, ensuring easy and affordable access for all.

Yusuf Hatim Muchhala is a senior designated advocate of the Bombay High Court and has been serving as the National President of APCR.

Vice President

P Usman is serving as Vice President of APCR since 2020 and he has been a long time practicing lawyer in the Karnataka High Court

Malik Mohtasim Khan is veteran politician and community activist who is currently serving as the General Secretary of APCR
